If you need to stretch them to fit bigger mags just put them in a very hot dryer and get them nice and hot and push your empty magazine in and let the cool completely before pulling mag out this way the plastic insert will stretch. you can also put into a cold freezer to make them cool faster. I have done this and it works perfectly.
