Note: infrared saunas have nothing to do with sweating. The best saunas take about 18 to 25 for lipolysis. I don't recommend anyone using a sauna more than 30 minutes once the core is heated to a certain degree. The best saunas have a low latent heat and high heat co-efficient. Detoxing the way I do it has nothing to do with sweat.
