Halo Multiverse Ultra Blue Biophotonic light therapy system, never used

My sister bought this light therapy system while she was ill, but she never had the chance to use it, and  don't know much about this type of thing. There are vials that you use in conjunction with a blue light. This contains everything in the original packaging: vials, blue light, batteries and charger, and instructions.
The initial systems sell for ,000 and up, and the vials are quite expensive to replace, as you can see by the price guide in the photo.
