2. Do NOT immerse the light system into water, clean it Only withthe wet towel (not much water)
3. Avoid exposing the light system directly to the sun, wet orheated area.

5. Avoid smoking or drinking when using the product.
6 . Put all the parts back to the package (after the lights cool down)and place it in somewhere ventilated and dry.

Irradiance
1.Distance: Apply the light from 0 -30 cm to the body.
2.Session Time: Exposure each area for 10 -25 minutes, depending on distance.
3.Repeat on other areas if desired.
