Shealy Relaxmate Eyeglasses Alpha Theta Relaxation Tool

This is a Shealy Relaxmate Eyeglasses Alpha Theta Relaxation Tool. It includes the glasses, one cassette tape, a carrycase, and the instructions. It uses 4 AA batteries, included. One of the glasses rims has been repaired by super gluing the pivot hole back together, see photo. It is holding now but may rebreak in the future or with rough handling and goes as is. The glasses settings still work. The instructions say it comes with nose pads, but none are included. I am not sure what generation this is but would think it is an early edition. I could not find a year of production on this. Happy relaxing!
