Unidentified Lathe Grooving/Parting Tool Holder/Attachment Possibly Powermatic?
Found in a bin of lathe parts. Not sure what machine it is for. Looks like it holds up to 3 parting/grooving tools. Dovetail mount (see photos for approximate dimensions). Stamped "65150006."
