Move the light along the skin in circles or zigzags.
Do not stay in one place on the skin for more than one second.
If the light stays for more than a second it will heat.
Each 1cm of the area of the skin will get the light 10 seconds in total.
Do not look at the light and do not direct it to someone else.
The laser comes with a power supply with a suitable plug to you.
