Vitiligo treatment UVB + PUVA kit 10-50mm

Description

The light intensity is 10 times of fluorescent lamps.
You will get:
Narrowband UVB 311nm lamp 2 inch 4 watt.
PUVA lamp according to your request. 10mm, 1 inch or 2 inch.
Melanocytes Active Psoralen 50cc.
Digital timer.
Protection glasses.
Usage instructions.
The Kit will cure
Vitiligo.
If you treat the face wear the UV blocking glasses.
1. Treat each area of Vitiligo with the UVB lamp.
Put the lamp touching the skin.
The exposure time should be 2 seconds for each area of 2 inch.
The skin is very senstive to UVB light and 2 seconds is enough.
2. Put the Psoralen on the spot of Vitiligo.
Put small amount of the Psoralen, only on one spot of Vitiligo.
Wait 10 seconds and clean the Psoralen.
The Psoralen increases the
Melanocytes sensitivity to UVA light.
3. Use the PUVA lamp. 10mm, 1 inch or 2 inch diameter.
it is a high intensity UVA lamp.
UVA light penetrates deeper in the skin than UVB.
When the
Melanocytes in the skin sense the UVA light, they generated the color.
The UVA light is very intense but the eyes see it only as a weak blue light.
Aim the light of the PUVA lamp to the skin.
In the first day the exposure should be 10 seconds.
Increase daily by 10 seconds until the skin will be little bit pink.
When the skin will be little bit pink stop increasing the time.
Continue the Psoralen and UVA treatments every day.
First there will be small brown dots and later they will grow and fill the whole spot.
If the skin around the spot will tan, use a paper mask like of painters.
Make a hole at the paper tape in the shape of the vitiligo spot.
It will block the light from reaching around the spot.
