Zepter Bioptron Pro Light Therapy Lamp For Parts/Repair

Bioptron Pro light therapy machine.
Being sold for parts or repair. Unit powers on, the green light illuminates and the fan can be heard, but the light does not come on. The yellow filter is in good shape, but the mirror inside has some cracks. I was unable to photograph it because of the reflection from the filter. This wouldn't affect operation/usability if the unit was fixed.
The unit doesn't seem to be fully sealed.
I suspect it just needs the bulb replaced to work.
